Having a dream-like photo album of your wedding is not an impossible task. You just need the right setting, one that can be easily found on the island of Santorini, Greece. Amal and Bernard decided to celebrate their wedding in Santorini, among their family and friends.
Kimonas first met the groom at Drops Villa, where he was getting ready for the ceremony with the help of his brother. After taking a few first shots on the spot for the wedding album, the photographer’s next task was to meet the bride-to-be. So, he went to Andromeda Villa, where she was staying, to capture some candid moments of her as well. As expected, the bride was surrounded by her bridesmaids, who were there to help and support her, both before and during the wedding.
Located on top of the caldera, Andromeda is an incredible venue for photos, and wedding photos in particular. It boasts breath-taking views to the sea and Skaros Rock, which are both extraordinary background elements for spectacular snapshots.
The groom waited excitingly at the wedding venue in Andromeda, an emotion evident all over his face. His bride walked in just a couple of minutes later. As the two stood side by side, a saxophonist marked the beginning of the ceremony with a romantic melody. Once the ceremony was over, the guests stayed for some drinks while the newlywed couple went with the photographer to Imerovigli village for their photo session. This village offers spectacular sea views and just the perfect light for enchanting photos.
After their photo session, it was time for the couple to get back to their wedding reception. It was an amazing party, with music, dancing, the cutting of the cake and emotional speeches, all captured on tape by the wedding photographer.
